Shipping Policy

I aim to despatch all orders within 2/3 working days. Packaging will be secure and use recycled materials where possible. There is a flat rate postage & packaging charge for most items, which will be sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on size.

Most of our products will also be on sale at Packhouse nr Farnham, Surrey GU10 1PJ if you’d like to see them “in the flesh”.

There is an option to collect in person at checkout, so if you tick this, once we’ve e mailed to agree timing; you can pick up your order from my home address:

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with any of your purchased items, please email us on hello@bettyandmaude.co.uk to discuss the issue. We will do our best to correct the problem or else arrange for you to return it. Returns must be made within 14 working days of receipt of order and items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Items on sale cannot be returned. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item is faulty.
